Kirtan, an ancient yogic tradition of call-and-response chanting, invites participants to share in the uplifting power of sacred song.

As we chant together, we create a collective vibration that soothes the mind and opens the heart. In the quiet of winter, Kirtan becomes a balm for the soul, helping us connect to ourselves and others, lifting our spirits.

To deepen our experience, we will also partake in a ceremonial cacao ritual. Cacao Sita is a gift from nature’s heart to ours, revered for its ability to gently open the heart, promote clarity, and enhance our connection to one another. Drinking this warm, chocolatey elixir before Kirtan allows us to fully immerse in the experience, feeling grounded and open, while its mood-boosting effects fill us with presence and love.
