When I'm asked what my preferred treatment is, it always depends, as my favourite is always what helps someone leave the room in a better condition than when they came in.

My style of treatment is first-and-foremost taken from a problem solving perspective. However, I like to create a relaxing experience with all my therapies, even sports massage. I believe any heavy-duty techniques to break down tension should always be followed with gentle, flowing methods to regulate the nervous system for the best results.

I am qualified up to Masters level in Clinical & Integrative Health Science subjects, and I like to combine a holistic approach with my scientific knowledge.

I'm passionate about finding alternative routes for other people with mobility and pain conditions after improving my own scoliosis and herniated disc conditions.
