What treatments do you offer?

All of my treatments are bespoke and I only charge for my time, so you can try out different methods to find your best solution. No one person or condition is the same, and each individual will respond differently to different methods - which is why I want to give you the best opportunity to find what works for you.

Directions: whilst coming down Thelwall Lane look out for "Locks Barbers" which is opposite "Londis".

After parking, walk through the large black gates next to the barbers and there is a staircase to the left where you can gain access to the premises.

PLEASE NOTE: This premises runs on an appointment or event-only basis. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate walk-in enquiries as it risks disturbing other sessions.

Where can I park?

I advise parking on the main road rather than through the gates within the premises as you may risk blocking other business access and being asked to move during your session.

However, on the main road and side-streets there is plenty of free parking.

What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?

For Standard Price Treatments:

48 Hours’ Notice: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled free of charge.

24 Hours’ Notice: Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be moved to a new time at no additional cost. Cancellations within this timeframe are non-refundable.

12 Hours or Less (Including No-Shows): Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time, or missed entirely, are non-refundable. A new booking and payment will be required to reschedule.

For Bulk-Credits & Gift Vouchers:

You can reschedule your appointment with more than 48 notice, if it is 48 - 12 hours before your appointment you will lose the value of half your session length from your credits (for a 60 minute session you will lose 30 minutes of value), and may have to pay the difference when using the remaining credits if they don't add up to the length of a session. If you cancel 12 hours before your appointment or don't show up for your appointment, the full value of the session will be lost from your total credits.
